1.Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Gary Christopher Photography, a sole proprietorship located in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Sponsor”). Contact: garychristopherphoto@gmail.com

2.Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and win, you must:

• be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
• be physically attending the event at the Ahern Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on November 6 and/or November 7, 2026 (the “Event”), on the night you enter.

Entries cannot be submitted by anyone who is not physically present at the Event. There is no residency requirement, but the prize photoshoot must take place in the Las Vegas valley (see Section 5). Void where prohibited by law.

3.Promotion Period

The Giveaway consists of two separate drawings, one for each night of the Event. All times are Pacific Time.

• Night 1: Friday, November 6, 2026, from the start of the Event until the close of the Event that evening.
• Night 2: Saturday, November 7, 2026, from the start of the Event until the close of the Event that evening.

Entries for each night close at the end of the Event that night. Entries submitted after that night’s Event has ended will not be counted for that night’s drawing.

4.How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase of any product or service from the Sponsor is required.

While at the Event, scan the Giveaway QR code. It opens gcp.pics/giveaway, where you complete the online entry form. The form asks for:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Instagram username
• Phone number (optional)
• Your photography interest
• Your agreement to these Official Rules, with your signature

The form also gives you optional choices, such as whether you’d like to be tagged in Instagram posts from the Event, and whether you’d like to hear from the Sponsor in the future (see Sections 8 and 9). If you’d like to be tagged, you can submit a selfie so the Sponsor can match you to the Event photographs. Your answers to these optional questions do not affect your chance of winning.

Limit: one entry per person per night. If you attend both nights, you may enter once on each night. The Sponsor will remove any duplicate entries before a drawing; a duplicate entry will not disqualify you.

Following, sharing, and tagging are encouraged but NOT required. You do not have to follow the Sponsor on Instagram to enter. We’d love it if you followed @GaryChristopherPhoto, shared our posts, tagged friends, tagged our account, and reposted Event photographs, but none of these actions is needed to enter or affects your chances of winning.

Please provide accurate contact information so that you can be reached if you win.

5.Prize

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one for each night of the Event. Each prize is one complimentary single, couple, or engagement photoshoot with Gary Christopher Photography, with an approximate retail value of $500 (the “Prize”).

• Location: The photoshoot must take place in the Las Vegas valley. This applies to every winner, including winners who live outside Nevada.
• Redemption period: The photoshoot must take place within six (6) months after the date the winner is announced. After that date, the Prize expires and is no longer valid.
• Transferable: The winner may transfer the Prize to another person. If you do, please tell the Sponsor by email before scheduling so the session can be arranged with the new recipient.
• No substitutions or cash: The Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• Scheduling: The date and specific location of the photoshoot will be arranged between the winner and the Sponsor, subject to the Sponsor’s availability.
• Winner’s costs: The winner is responsible for their own travel, lodging, wardrobe, and any other expenses, and for any taxes that may apply to the Prize.

6.Winner Selection & Odds

After each night of the Event, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that night. A total of two winners will be selected.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that night.

7.Winner Notification & Announcement

• Friday night winner: will be announced at the Event on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
• Saturday night winner: will be announced after the Event.
• Both winners will be announced publicly on the Sponsor’s Instagram page (@GaryChristopherPhoto) and notified directly by email at the address provided on the entry form.

By entering, you agree that, if you win, the Sponsor may publicly announce your name and, if you provided it, your Instagram username. A winner who cannot be reached, or who does not redeem the Prize within the redemption period described in Section 5, forfeits the Prize.

8.Photo & Video Release

Photography and video will take place at the Event. By submitting an entry, you confirm and agree to the following, whether or not you win:

• The Sponsor may photograph and record you at the Event.
• The Sponsor may use photographs, video, and your likeness from the Event on Instagram and other social media, on the Sponsor’s website, in advertising and marketing, and in printed promotional materials.
• This permission is royalty-free and without compensation to you, is worldwide, and has no time limit.
• This permission is in addition to, and does not replace, any photo release you signed when you registered for the Event.

Optional Instagram tagging: If you choose to be tagged in Instagram posts from the Event and submit a selfie, the Sponsor will use that selfie to identify you in Event photographs so you can be tagged. Providing a selfie is entirely optional.

9.Privacy & Communications

The Sponsor collects the information you provide on the entry form in order to run the Giveaway, contact and announce the winners, and schedule the Prize. The Sponsor does not sell your personal information.

Optional marketing: The entry form asks, “Can I keep in touch and provide information, promotions, etc. regarding Gary Christopher Photography?” If you answer yes, the Sponsor may contact you about its photography services, promotions, and related offers. Your answer has no effect on your eligibility or chance of winning. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting the Sponsor at GaryChristopherPhoto@gmail.com.

10.Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR META PLATFORMS, INC. YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO GARY CHRISTOPHER PHOTOGRAPHY AND NOT TO INSTAGRAM OR META. ENTRANTS RELEASE INSTAGRAM AND META FROM ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION.

11.Release & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release the Sponsor and its agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Giveaway or your acceptance, use, or redemption of the Prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure or malfunction of the entry form, website, internet connection, or social media platform.

12.General Conditions

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
• If the Event, or either night of it, is cancelled or substantially changed for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway (or the affected drawing). Any change will be posted on this page.
• The Sponsor may update these Official Rules by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date above shows when the rules were most recently changed.

13.Governing Law & Decisions

Winners are chosen at random. The drawing results are final and are not subject to dispute.

This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
